Privacy Notice
InnovationLab is an initiative of Amatuzzi Advogados dedicated to developing technology solutions for legal practice. This Notice explains how we process personal data on this website (innlab.tech) and in the contacts you make with us through it. It is provided for convenience; the Portuguese version is the governing text.
1. Who we are
The innlab.tech website is maintained by AMATUZZI SOCIEDADE DE ADVOGADOS, a Brazilian law firm registered with the São Paulo Bar (OAB/SP) under No. 15,862, enrolled with the Brazilian taxpayer registry (CNPJ) under No. 21.614.543/0001-79, with offices at Rua Joaquim Floriano, 960, 9th floor, suite 92, Itaim Bibi, São Paulo/SP, Brazil, 04534-004 ("Amatuzzi", "we"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this Notice, under Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (the General Data Protection Law, "LGPD").

3. What data we process and why

4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share data only where necessary:
- with service providers such as website hosting, delivery and security, usage statistics and email, under confidentiality and security obligations;
- with authorities, where required by law or court order.
5. International transfers
Some of our technology providers, including those providing website hosting, security and statistics, process data on servers outside Brazil. Such transfers take place under the mechanisms set out in Article 33 of the LGPD and in the regulations of the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
6. How long we keep data
We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and, thereafter, for as long as required by legal or regulatory obligations or for the regular exercise of rights. Data is then deleted or anonymised. Website usage statistics are kept in aggregated form.
7. Your rights
Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you may request: confirmation that we process your data; access to your data; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed unlawfully; portability, as regulated; deletion of data processed based on consent, subject to legal retention exceptions; information on who we share your data with; information on the possibility of refusing consent and its consequences; and withdrawal of consent.
To exercise your rights, write to privacidade@amatuzzi.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or professional secrecy; if so, we will explain why. You may also lodge a complaint with the ANPD.
8. Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies to track visitors. Website statistics are collected with a tool that does not store cookies or other data in your browser and does not identify individual visitors. Our infrastructure provider may use cookies that are strictly necessary for security and protection against automated traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings, which may affect some features.
9. Security
We adopt technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access and accidental or unlawful events, consistent with the nature of the data.
10. Third-party links and audience
This website may contain links to third-party websites, which have their own policies. This website is not directed at persons under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this Notice. The current version will always be available on this website with its last-updated date. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
